The Ambleside youth spent the day learning some skills in the kitchen.  The boys enjoyed making pizza from scratch.  Not to be outdone, the girls made a pizza of their own and baked some banana bread.  Nine youth were out in total.

The Ambleside youth spent Saturday afternoon volunteering at Hope Mission.  Responsibilities included serving juice, slicing bread, ladling soup and  cleaning dishes.  A tasty meal of stew with rice and bread was served to over 300 homeless in the city core.  Thank you to those who sacrificed their time to help out.
